Classes Begin for 2024

Welcome Back to Rehearsal

This week we welcomed our students back for our two spring musicals: The Lion King Jr. and Fiddler on the Roof!

On top of this, we welcomed our new volunteer club: The Magic Makers as a new part of the Starlight family! Thank you all for helping us make the magic happen!

It’s sure to be a great semester now that you’re all here!

This Summer, Starlight’s Youth Theatre presents: Seussical the Musical!

Seussical is a musical comedy based on the many children’s stories of Dr. Seuss, based on the Cat in the Hat, Horton Hears a Who!, Gertrude McFuzz, and Horton Hatches the Egg with appearances for all of your favorite wacky Seuss friends!

This week long Summer Camp Musical Theatre Intensive will feature two classes:

Students in Grades 1st through 5th will learn the fundamentals of musical theatre while focusing on the community of storytelling as the Who’s of Whoville. This class will run from 9am to 11:30 am. Tuition is $175.

Students in Grades 6th through 12th will have the chance to embody iconic Seuss characters and focus on developing their theatrical storytelling. This class will run from 1pm to 5pm. Tuition is $210.

All rehearsals will be held at Maple Ridge Church and Community Center in Sunderland, MA. The final performances will be held at Amherst Regional Middle school on August 3rd.
